The Japanese grunge band, YURERU formed in Osaka in 2006, consisting of Ami (Vo/Gt), Yuta Sakae (Ba), and Bauchi (Dr.) Ami pick up guitar at age of eleven, started writing few years later.

Ami invited his best friend, Sakae to form the band, and moved to Osaka together. Support drummer, Bauchi officially joined the band in 2010.

Band name, YURERU means feeling unstable and sentimental.

Their songs all written by Ami combine genres to create incredibly memorable that resonated with often contradictory elements of melody, dissonance, empathy, and angst.

Releasing three EPs, YURERU established their position in Japanese underground scene. Many J-pop musicians have mentioned the band as an inspiration for their music. Their bustling yet emotional performance gives strong impact on every audience.
